The Real Estate industry can be cutthroat with vulturous agents that will sell their soul to make a deal with a buyer or seller. Unfortunately, the industry is lax when it comes to allowing new agents to enter industry. There should be a more stringent vetting process to prevent unethical, inexperienced and simply bad agents
