What does a Hairy Property actually mean? The definition of a Hairy Property is one that has the ability to add value, but needs work to bring up to speed.
There are some investors that prefer a very simple cash producing property, while doing little to no improvements on the space.
However, some investors prefer to take on a property in trouble or with some “hair”. Generally, these property offers a little more risk, but a lot more return.
