Joshua S. Garay is a real estate broker in New York City and founding principal at JSG Realty Corporation, a licensed brokerage focusing on residential and commercial real estate in the tri-state area. He is currently exclusively marketing the original Golden Nugget in Atlantic City, an 809-room, two-tower hotel property in Atlantic City built by Steve Wynn in 1980.
Josh’s core focus is both residential sales and unique commercial assets, including 1031 exchange scenarios. Additionally, he manages more than 100 luxury condo apartments in Manhattan and Brooklyn.
Josh’s competitive advantage includes advanced skills in digital marketing strategies, stemming from previous technology ventures and a former Internet marketing consultancy practice. Josh has also served as an adjunct professor at Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business, St. Johns University, and Kean University, where he taught Internet marketing.
In 2007, after years of experience managing a family real estate portfolio and transacting various rental and sale units, Josh launched JSG Realty Corporation. Now, with more than a decade of real estate experience, Josh helps buyers, sellers, and investors navigate through all phases of real estate transactions.
Josh has been a guest lecturer at Princeton University, Kean University, and other organizations. He has published more than 50 articles on topics such as marketing strategy, social media, career advice, web development, product launches, and more.
Josh holds an MBA from CUNY Baruch and earned his baccalaureate at the George Washington University in Washington, D.C. Josh currently resides in New York City.
