The Real Estate industry can be cutthroat with vulturous agents that will sell their soul to make a deal with a buyer or seller.
Unfortunately, the industry is lax when it comes to allowing new agents to enter industry. There should be a more stringent vetting process to prevent unethical, inexperienced and simply bad agents from entering the marketplace.
I have heard all the nightmares of foreign and local sales agents that treat clients poorly, creating a bad reputation for those honest professionals in the industry.
My own belief it that these problems in the marketplace, create opportunities for reputable Brokers and agents to become very successful in this business.
With more than a decade of experience in this industry, some of my accomplishments help me to stand out from the crowd:
– MBA Graduate
– Licensed RE Broker: Have sold nearly $10 million in RE over past several years
– Current Adjunct Internet Marketing Professor at St. Johns & Kean University
– Launched social media marketing platform for RE industry, publicized on Fox Business & Other Outlets
– Managed family Real Estate portfolio for years in New York City
– Many valuable resources that can be leveraged including mortgage bankers, re attorneys, contractors and more
